3 Days | 2 Nights Bwindi Gorilla Trekking Safari
Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from Entebbe or Kampala before setting off on a scenic drive to southwestern Uganda. Journey through picturesque countryside, lush tea plantations, rolling hills, and traditional villages, with several stops along the way for refreshments and photography.
Arrive at your lodge in the evening, surrounded by the tranquil rainforest, where you can relax and prepare for the unforgettable trek ahead.
Overnight: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. You'll then be assigned a gorilla family and begin your guided trek through the dense rainforest in search of these incredible primates.
The trek can take anywhere from 2 to 8 hours depending on the gorillas' location. Once you find them, you'll spend one magical hour observing their behaviour, watching them feed, play, and interact in their natural habitat—an experience few wildlife encounters can rival.
After the trek, return to your lodge to relax and reflect on this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
Batwa Cultural Experience (subject to time).
Enjoy breakfast before checking out and beginning your return journey to Entebbe or Kampala. Along the way, admire Uganda's stunning landscapes and stop for lunch before continuing to your preferred drop-off location.
Alternatively, you may opt for a scheduled domestic flight from Bwindi to Entebbe (available at an additional cost) for a quicker and more comfortable return.
